Qitaa Express: a multivendor car-parts marketplace for Oman

The brief

Parts shops across Oman sell genuine, aftermarket and used parts, but buyers had no single place to find a part that fits their car and order it. Qitaa Express needed a marketplace where many shops list their stock, buyers find the right part fast, and ordering works the way people in Oman already buy: on WhatsApp, with cash on delivery.

What we built

• Custom-coded in Next.js and React, no Shopify or WordPress
• Arabic and English storefront
• Shop by car make and model, category or condition
• Seller sign-up for parts shops
• WhatsApp ordering, cart and cash on delivery
• Order tracking for buyers

Pick your car once, see only parts that fit

Buyers choose their car make and model at the start, and the catalogue filters to parts that fit it. They can also browse by category or by condition: genuine, aftermarket or used. The marketplace publishes 44 category pages in each language, so each type of part has its own page for search engines to find.

Many sellers, one storefront

Parts shops apply through a seller sign-up page and list their own stock. Buyers see one storefront and one ordering flow, whichever shop the part comes from.

Ordering the way Omani buyers already buy

Every part can be ordered on WhatsApp or through the cart, with cash on delivery anywhere in Oman, and buyers can track their order. Terms, returns and privacy pages are published in both languages.

Arabic first, built for search

The site opens in Arabic, with a full English version linked by hreflang tags so Google shows each searcher the right language. Every category and part page is listed in the sitemap.
