What we collect
When you contact us through the form, email or WhatsApp, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, company, phone number and your message. Our website also collects usage statistics (pages viewed, country, device type, how you arrived) through Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies, and Google Analytics, which sets cookies to recognise returning visits. Neither identifies you by name. You can block Google Analytics with a browser extension or by disabling cookies for this site.
How we use it
We use your contact details to reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals and, if we work together, to run the project. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing emails you have not asked for.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in our customer relationship system and email, hosted with reputable cloud providers. Access is limited to the people who need it to answer you.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, for clients, for the life of the relationship plus the period required by law for business records.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Email hello@ogblabs.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
